Dr Krishna Rao Akula
Dr Krishna Rao Akula Presently working as Professor in the department of Civil Engineering, CMR College of Engineering (An Autonomous Institution), obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from S.V University, Tirupati, Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering from J.N.T.H University, Hyderabad and Doctorate degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He published over 20 research papers in various International & National journals and conferences.
He supervised 15 PG Dissertations and over 50 UG Projects. He received “UTTAMA ACHARYA AWARD” by the Association of IT Companies of both Telanaga and Andhra Pradesh in the year 2019 and Innovative Research & Dedicated Academician Award from SIESRP in the year 2020. He has more than 14 years of experience in the fields of teaching, research and industry. He has submitted one research proposal to DST and two for TSCOST which are under review and he also submitted proposal to AICTE-ISTE on Short term training program. He is the member of ISTE, IE(India) and FSIESRP and editorial board member of the journal JETR and JETMS. He held various positions like In-Charge HoD, Exam branch In-Charge and many more. He attended more than 80 conferences at various level, Workshops, FDPS and Webinars and he has given four guest talks in various Engineering Colleges
