Dr. S. Kirubakaran serves as the Dean (Academic) at the Institute level and as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) at CMR College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

He has 20 years of teaching experience and 10 years of research experience. He obtained his Ph.D. in the Faculty of Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in 2013. He completed his Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, in 2008, and his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Periyar University, Tamil Nadu, in 2004.

Dr.S.Kirubakaran is a recognized Ph.D. supervisor at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), Hyderabad; Anna University, Chennai; and Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Karnataka. He has published 15 Scopus-indexed international journal papers, 14 international conference papers, and 2 UGC-listed journal papers. He is also the author of two books, titled Mobile Computing and Machine Learning Algorithms in Real-World Applications. In addition, he has six published Indian patents. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG).

His professional contributions include serving as a reviewer for reputed international journals published by leading academic publishers, including Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and IGI Global. He has also served as a Conference Chair and Technical Program Committee member for various national and international conferences, contributing to the organization, review, and academic quality of scholarly conferences.

Dr.S.Kirubakaran has actively contributed to the academic and research community through academic supervision, research publications and professional activities in the fields of Computer Science, and related emerging technologies.
