President

The President serves as the head of the ISF committee and is responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction. The role involves planning the annual activity calendar in coordination with faculty, ensuring the effective execution of all events, and maintaining discipline within the team. The President presides over meetings, reviews progress, and ensures that all committee members perform their duties efficiently. The President also represents ISF in official forums, inter-college events, and institutional activities.

Vice President

The Vice President assists the President in executing ISF activities and ensures smooth coordination among different teams. This role includes monitoring ongoing tasks, resolving coordination issues, and ensuring deadlines are met. In the absence of the President, the Vice President assumes full responsibility and decision-making authority. The Vice President also plays a key role in maintaining team engagement and productivity.

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for all official documentation and communication of the ISF committee. Duties include preparing and maintaining minutes of meetings (MoM), drafting official notices, and compiling event reports. The Secretary ensures that all records are systematically maintained and readily available for reference. Additionally, the Secretary coordinates communication between students, faculty coordinators, and external stakeholders.

Joint Secretary

The Joint Secretary supports the Secretary in documentation and communication tasks. This includes assisting in preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring timely dissemination of information. The Joint Secretary also acts as a backup to the Secretary and ensures continuity in operations during their absence.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the financial aspects of ISF activities. This includes preparing event budgets, maintaining records of income and expenditure, and ensuring proper utilization of funds. The Treasurer works closely with faculty coordinators for approvals and ensures transparency and accountability in all financial transactions. Proper documentation of financial records is a key responsibility.

Web Head

The Web Head manages the digital presence of ISF, including the college website or ISF portal. Responsibilities include uploading event details, reports, images, and announcements. The Web Head ensures that all content is updated regularly and presented in an organized manner. This role also involves maintaining digital archives and ensuring accessibility of resources.

Web Coordinator

The Web Coordinator assists the Web Head in maintaining and updating website content. Responsibilities include formatting and uploading materials, managing digital files, and supporting technical aspects of web updates. The Web Coordinator ensures that all information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Media Head

The Media Head is responsible for promoting ISF activities and maintaining the organization’s public image. This includes designing posters, banners, and promotional materials, as well as managing social media platforms. The Media Head coordinates photography and videography during events and ensures that all activities are effectively publicized.

Media Coordinator

The Media Coordinator assists the Media Head in content creation and promotion. Responsibilities include handling social media updates, collecting event photos and videos, and supporting the design and distribution of promotional materials. The role ensures consistent and timely communication of ISF activities to the audience.

Event Coordinators

Event Coordinators are responsible for planning and executing ISF events such as workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and competitions. Duties include scheduling, venue arrangement, participant coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of events. They also prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.

Event Co-Coordinators

Event Co-Coordinators support the Event Coordinators in all stages of event management. Responsibilities include assisting with registrations, managing participants, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution. They play a crucial role in maintaining order and efficiency during events.

General Responsibilities (All Members)

All ISF committee members are expected to actively participate in activities, maintain professionalism, and work collaboratively as a team. Members should adhere to instructions from faculty coordinators, meet deadlines, and contribute innovative ideas for the growth and success of ISF. Maintaining discipline, commitment, and a proactive attitude is essential for all members.
